Should swearing and blasphemy be criminalised?

I hate sitting on the bus near some loudmouth person using all kinds of vile W, F and C words. I think the police should have powers to fine people like that, or have undercover swearing wardens patrolling streets, shops & buses.

Would you agree? and if so, where would you like to see the fine payments go?
